Louisa and I set up a female leadership group at Getty Images as we were two of only three female Vice Presidents in Europe. We rallied the female Senior Directors and our group met monthly to exchange business updates, organise interesting talks and events for all staff and offer informal mentoring to up and coming female talent. This raised awareness of gender diversity and prompted many conversations.

I was also a client of Louisa’s. As the VP of Marketing for International she partnered with me on many issues, including advising and helping me implement a complex restructuring project which led to positive change and outcomes.
