Louisa hired me as Senior HR Manager, EMEAI to support her in working with the Getty Images business across the region. Our largest client group was Sales with the Editorial and Creative teams also requiring regular support.

We partnered on many initiatives with positive outcomes, from complex restructuring and change projects to talent and leadership skills development. We also introduced diversity and inclusion programmes including a new Apprentice program targeting candidates from diverse backgrounds, manager training and coaching to raise and sustain awareness, and Louisa set up a female leadership group to improve gender diversity, all resulting in increased hiring, promotion and recognition of diverse candidates.

Louisa is positive and easy to work with, calm, consultative and collaborative; she is strategic and commercial, partnering closely with business leaders to understand their challenges and recommend and implement HR solutions. She champions an inclusive culture, promotes equality and diversity and is well respected by the business at all levels. She raised the profile of the HR team to be credible, trusted advisors who received positive feedback on a regular basis.
